Thomas is a director at Sanders Partnership and has been a qualified accountant for over 10 years already. There’s little he hasn’t seen in this time and he loves to combine this experience with his knowledge of online resources and systems to help businesses grow.

Marie had been qualified as a Chartered Accountant for over 10 years and has been working as an accountant for over 15 years. During this time she has seen how technology has improved record keeping, the availability of financial information and the way we provide services to our clients.

Following working as a Finance Director in various businesses for nearly 20 years, Jan founded The Sanders Partnership in 2005 with the objective of using technology to build close client relationships to help clients to grow their businesses. Jan now focuses on the roles of finance, strategy and assurance supporting the senior team.

Secretary
Christine qualified as a Chartered Accountant over 30 years ago, and she has always worked in practice. Although she is now semi-retired she is responsible for our own internal bookkeeping and supports other team members with accounts and payroll work when the need arises.

Sumayyah Haneef
Accountant
Sumayyah has been working in accountancy for since 2021. She has gained her AAT qualification and has now started her ACA. Over this time, she has developed an appreciation for the intricacies of the accounting field and the ways in which technology can be best used to help clients’ businesses thrive.

Trainee Accountant
Sam is a part-qualified accountant at The Sanders Partnership, and has worked in this role since 2022. During this time, he has built a solid foundation of knowledge, that he is looking to expand on as he furthers his studies. Sam has become confident using the necessary software and processes, in order to meet clients’ goals and objectives.

Trainee Accountant
Joshua has been an Apprentice Accountant since 2023, and he is now part-qualified, working towards his full AAT qualification. He has gained many skills since working with the company, including a talent for VAT and CIS perfection, and a strong set of interpersonal skills. Joshua is always more than happy to give a helping hand with any queries.

Trainee Accountant
Penelope has been working in accountancy since 2022, during which time she has worked with a wide range of clients from all different sectors, building a solid foundation of knowledge. Currently she is studying toward her ACA qualification to become a Chartered Accountant, meaning that she is continually building her technical skills.
